The JHP-848 hot plate has 8 open burners. 14 gauge stainless steel all welded construction. Infinite control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. 12" lift-off cast iron top grates. The JHP-848 hot plate, including the floor-model version designated by adding “-F” to the model number, is 48 inches wide. The JHP-848 hot plate, including the floor-model version designated by adding “-F” to the model number, is 27 inches deep. The JHP-848 hot plate, including the floor-model version designated by adding “-F” to the model number, has a listed BTU value of 220,000. The Jade hot plates require propane-gas operating pressure of at least 10 inches W.C. and no more than 14 inches W.C. The Jade hot plates have a 3/4-inch gas connection. The unit must be connected with the supplied gas appliance regulator.
