P46BL. brick-lined. Bakers Pride P46 series ovens have a countertop configuration. The P46BL oven uses electric fuel. The P46BL oven has 3 decks. The upper baking chamber of Bakers Pride P46 series ovens has two decks. The lower baking chamber of Bakers Pride P46 series ovens has one deck. Each of the three baking decks in the Bakers Pride P46S and P46BL series ovens has a depth of 20.75 in (527 mm). Each of the three baking decks in the Bakers Pride P46S and P46BL series ovens has a width of 20.75 in (527 mm). The top chamber has a 15-minute electric timer with continuous ring-alarm and manual shut-off; the bottom chamber has a 60-minute electric timer with continuous ring-alarm and manual shut-off. The ovens have an all-stainless-steel exterior, a high-heat, fully welded, aluminized-steel baking chamber, and full insulation. The brick-lined model offers the benefit of an added Cordierite ceiling, which increases temperatures and recovery times; the brick lining may be installed at the factory or in the field.
