Gas Hot Plate. IHPA-10-60_LP. The Imperial IHPA-10-60 hot plate has 10 open burners. gas input btu: 320000. gas type: propane. Each IHPA hot-plate burner has a standing pilot. The top grates have two sections for easy and safe lift-off for cleaning. The grates have a cast-in bowl that directs heat upward. An anti-clogging pilot is designed into the grate to shield the pilots from grease and debris. Pots slide easily from section to section and onto the landing ledge. The grates are cast iron for a long service life. The IHPA hot plates have stainless steel fronts, sides, and landing ledges for cleanability and a professional look. Their stainless steel seams are welded and polished. The Imperial IHPA-10-60 hot plate is 60 in (1524 mm) wide. The Imperial IHPA-10-60 hot plate is 31-3/8 in (797 mm) deep. The Imperial IHPA-10-60 hot plate is 10-3/4 in (273 mm) high.
