The 16-inch-wide sectional range with full-width uniform hot top is available … as a modular unit for mounting on a countertop, refrigerated base or freezer base. The P16-H range has a total gas input of 40,000 BTU per hour in the NAT configuration. The P16-H range uses electronic pilot ignition, Piezo. The range has stainless steel at the front, sides, rear and exterior bottom, and a fully insulated lining and burner box. The range has removable steel plates, with a surface temperature of 700°F on the high setting. The P16-H sectional units require a regulated gas supply; a pressure regulator must be ordered separately. The P16-H range requires minimum gas supply pressure of 7 in W.C. for natural gas.
