It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 18 kW/48 amps, needs a dedicated circuit, and is built for indoor high-volume kitchen use; the wafer plates are thermostatic with infinite heat controls, a sealed heating element, and a 650°F max for faster heating, plus a 3.25-inch stainless landing ledge. The 36 x 35.875 x 42-inch footprint with heavy-duty legs and adjustable feet fits as a floor model for line cooking, while the open cabinet adds storage for busy commercial prep and service.
