The Wells B-40 Char Broiler provides two heat zones. Individual controls regulate one half of the grid surface area and are mounted with a protective guard ring to help prevent accidental temperature changes. Temperature is regulated by infinite controls with a positive-off position; signal lights indicate a power-on condition.
