Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas freestanding range for commercial use, with a standard oven base and cabinet base, set up as a full-size floor model rather than a compact counter unit. It has six 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with continuous wavy grates plus a 24" right-side charbroiler, for a 271,000 BTU total input, so it fits high-volume line cooking and grilling in a busy kitchen. This natural-gas unit has a 60.75" x 34" footprint, stainless front and sides, factory-installed regulator, front manual gas shut-off, standing pilots on the tops, and battery spark ignition for the oven, with the oven rated 45,000 BTU and 175°F–550°F and sized for full-size pans.
