The GEG24 and GEG36 are countertop electric griddles. The GEG24 and GEG36 are medium-duty electric griddles. The GEG36 cooking area is 16.3 in deep (41 cm). The GEG36 cooking area is 36 in wide (91.4 cm). The GEG24 and GEG36 griddles have a 1/2-inch-thick griddle plate. The griddle plate is highly polished and fully welded to a stainless steel frame.
