The Southbend DMT-10S is a direct-steam kettle mounted on a cabinet base. The Southbend DMT-10S assembly includes one kettle. The Southbend DMT-10S has a rated capacity of 10 gallons (38 litres). The Southbend DMT-10S requires incoming direct steam pressure from 5 psi (34 kPa) minimum to 45 psi (310 kPa) maximum. The Southbend Steam DMT-10S kettle can be tilted forward 90°. Standard features include a steam control valve and a deck-mount hot and cold faucet with riser. The food-contact liner of the Southbend DMT-10S is Type 316 stainless steel. The kettle is mounted on a cabinet base with a full-perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3-inch-deep sinks with drain and splash guard, hinged door with magnetic catch, removable side panels, and 6-inch stainless steel legs fitted with four adjustable flanged feet for securing to the floor; the exterior is #4 stainless steel. The DMT-10S kettle condensate return connection is 1/2 in (13 mm) IPS.
