Southbend Platinum PCHE75S/S is a half-size, single-deck electric convection oven in a compact freestanding floor unit, sized 30"W x 29.65"D x 33"H, so it fits kitchens with limited space rather than high-capacity bake shops. It runs on 208V, 1PH, 7.5 kW/7500W (36.1A), field-wired with a dedicated circuit, and uses standard-depth construction with stainless steel front/sides/top, a coved porcelain interior, a single 180° door with window, two-speed fan, solid-state controls, 11-position rack guides, and five plated racks. Best fit is a small-to-medium commercial kitchen, café line, or operations needing a compact convection oven for general baking and roasting, with optional casters or leg packages if you need to raise or move it.
