Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" gas range, model 4602DC-3TL_LP, is a freestanding commercial range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, set up for propane. It combines four 27,000 BTU non-clog open burners with wavy grates, a 36" thermostatic griddle on the left, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven, for a 217,000 BTU total in a 60"-class floor unit. Stainless steel front and sides, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it a fit for a busy production line, while the oven takes full-size pans and the griddle/burner mix suits mixed-menu cooking.
