The Southbend Platinum Series bakery electric convection oven is a single-deck oven. The Southbend Platinum Series single-deck oven assembly includes one oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven. The Southbend Platinum Series oven is supplied with five wire racks with each oven. Each oven is listed with 11 kW for heating elements. Each oven in the 11 kW for Heating Elements group has a listed supply voltage of 240 VAC. Each oven in the 11 kW for Heating Elements group has a listed supply frequency of 60 Hz for the 240 VAC entry. PCEB electric oven units are available for single-phase operation. The Southbend Platinum Series oven's TC touchscreen temperature controller operates from 150°F to 550°F. The oven has a stainless-steel front, top, and sides, and its interior has a coved, fastener-free porcelain-enamel finish. The PCEB-SINGLE oven is recommended to be installed under a vented hood. A hood is not required for the ventless option of the PCEB-SINGLE oven.
