CHITWOOD SMOKE BROILER. The Jade Chitwood Smoke Broiler KC-36-RAD has a listed width of 36 in. gas input btu: 95000. The Jade Chitwood Smoke Broiler requires natural gas at a minimum operating pressure of 5 in. W.C. The broiler has infinite-control manual gas valves at each burner for precise heat control. The Jade Titan Chitwood Smoke Broiler “-RAD” model has a radiant component. The CHITWOOD Smoke-Ejector system provides maximum smoke to the grill surface and is independent of main burner heat for cold smoking. The broiler includes an exclusive Smoke Ejector system and a heavy-gauge smoke drawer with independent control for cold-smoke applications. The broiler is described with 14-gauge all-welded body construction, a stainless-steel front, sides and top rim, and a 12-gauge firebox with all-welded construction. The grill grates for the Jade Titan Chitwood Smoke Broiler are made of cast iron.
