SE36D-TTB. The SE36D configuration has a standard oven base. fuel type: electric. The SE36D-TTB standard-oven model has total input listed as 21.8 kW. The SE36 Series basic electric range is specified as three phase when ordered at 480 VAC. The SE36 TTB configuration has a 24 in × 24 in griddle section. The Southbend SE36D, SE36A, and SE36T models in the -TTB top configuration have two round hotplates. The switch controlling each 9 in solid round range-top hotplate on the SE36 Series electric range is a 3-heat switch. The SE36 TTT, TTB and TTH griddle sections are thermostatically controlled. The SE36D standard oven accommodates one 18 in × 26 in roll pan on its rack at a time. The frame of the range and oven is welded aluminized steel with stainless steel front, sides and top. Grease troughs are located at front and rear for drainage, with grease chutes into two wide, drawertype receptacles. The griddle models are furnished with splash guards surrounding back and side of the griddle section. Range is 100% front serviceable.
