Artisan Stone Deck Oven. 4T3. The Artisan Stone Deck Oven model 4T3 has three decks. Each baking chamber of the Doyon 4T3 oven is 56 in (1420 mm) wide. Each baking chamber of the Doyon 4T3 oven is 37.33 in (949 mm) deep. The Doyon 4T3 oven's interior chamber height is available in 6 in, 8 in, 10 in, or 12 in options. The Doyon 4T3 oven has a rated electrical input of 27.9 kW at 240 V, single phase. The Doyon 4T3 oven has a programmable touchscreen control. The dual-zone independent element control provides temperature calibration above and below the product and dynamically compensates for heat loss during loading and unloading. Each deck of the Doyon 4T3 oven has an independent steam tank. The stone interior of each of the three decks in the Doyon 4T3 oven is 3/4 in thick. The oven is fully insulated and has stainless-steel construction.
