The Blodgett 911/911P is a gas deck oven. The Blodgett 911/911P gas deck oven is available in a single-section configuration. The single-section oven assembly accommodates 1 18 × 26 in bun pan. The gas supply specifications list Propane as an available fuel for the oven sections. Each 911 oven section has a maximum gas input of 20,000 BTU/hr. The required propane inlet pressure is 11.0–13.0 in. W.C. per oven section. The thermostat controlling the 911/911P deck oven burner is liquid-pressure type. The 911 oven's liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature range from 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (288°C). The front, top, sides and back are stainless steel. The 911 oven has a steel oven deck.
