The Southbend Steam KEMTL-40-2, KEMTL-60-2, KEMTL-80-2, and KEMTL-100-2 twin electric kettle assembly is leg-mounted. The Southbend Steam KEMTL specification is for a twin electric kettle assembly containing two kettles. Each kettle in the KEMTL-40-2 assembly has a listed capacity of 40 gallons.
