Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" gas range for commercial indoor use, built as a floor model with standard oven bases rather than a countertop or undercounter unit. It combines (2) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" manual griddle on the left with a 1/2" cold rolled steel plate, and (2) standard ovens at 45,000 BTU each, so it fits high-volume line cooking, grilling, and baking in one footprint. It runs on propane, measures 60.75" W x 34" D x 59.5" H, includes stainless front/sides, a manual gas shut-off, factory regulator, standing pilot top burners, and battery spark ignition for the ovens.
