The D0363M triple-deck oven drawing shows an overall height of 72.0 in (1830 mm), from the top of the upper oven to the bottoms of its legs. The LANG D0363M model has a capacity of 3 18 × 26 in pans. The LANG D036 marine deck oven is electrically heated. The D0363M oven electrical configuration at 208 V AC, 60 Hz has a 3-phase rated current of 50.0 A. The LANG D036 marine deck oven's thermostat temperature control is specified from 150°F to 450°F. A 3-heat switch provides top-only, bottom-only, or top-and-bottom heat. The aluminized steel oven interior is fully insulated on six sides. The oven deck is reinforced to eliminate warping. The oven has a single, heavy-duty 430 Series stainless steel exterior.
