The Blodgett XR8-G oven is a mini rotating rack bakery oven. The Blodgett XR8-G oven accepts eight standard full-size bake pans measuring 18 in x 26 in. The oven is gas heated with electronic spark ignition and cooks by means of indirect-fired inshot burners. The Blodgett XR8-G oven maximum input is 110,000 BTU/hr. The Blodgett XR8-G oven natural-gas inlet pressure range is 5.0–14.0 in. W.C. The Blodgett XR8-G oven control panel is programmable. The Blodgett XR8-G oven controls provide a bake time set separately from the steam time. The Blodgett XR8-G oven controls include a cool-down mode. The XR8-G has a fully welded angle iron frame and a 304 stainless steel interior.
