The Imperial IRT-14-E is a commercial electric rethermalizer, not an oven, built as a freestanding floor unit for indoor use. It has a 12-gallon water capacity, 8.5 kW / 21A draw on 240V, 3-phase power, with plumbed water and a required drain line, so it fits high-volume hot-holding and batch rethermalizing in restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens rather than compact counter service. Key differentiators are its stainless steel vessel and exterior, hinged cover, auto-fill with rapid fill bypass, overfill protection, preset 200°F thermostat, four casters with two brakes, and bulk rack/industrial bag holder setup for large or smaller servings.
