The Josper 240020 Mini Grill Grate has a grill rack size of 15 x 25 cm. The Josper 240020 Mini Grill Grate has a square-mesh grate type. The grate is intended for small food preparation to avoid the product slipping through the grill bars. Its size allows several units to be used at the same time. With the advantage of use with pegs, it becomes a versatile tool that can be used with any Josper equipment. Recommended foods include fish such as shrimp and prawn; meats such as lamb rack, chicken wings and pork ribs; vegetables such as wedged pumpkin, potatoes and sweet potatoes; and fruits such as wedged pear, figs, wedged apple and peach. The grate is also recommended for finishing sandwiches and/or toasts in the oven, as well as for gratin and smoking small food.
