The Blodgett 911/911P gas deck oven is available in a double-section configuration. The 911/911P double-section oven assembly has two sections. The double-section oven assembly accommodates 2 18 × 26 in bun pans. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 22 in deep. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 7 in high. Each 911/911P cooking compartment is 33 in wide. The gas supply specifications list Propane as an available fuel for the oven sections. Each 911 oven section has a maximum gas input of 20,000 BTU/hr. The required propane inlet pressure is 11.0–13.0 in. W.C. per oven section. The 911 oven's liquid pressure thermostat has a temperature range from 200°F (93°C) to 500°F (288°C). The front, top, sides and back are stainless steel. The 911 oven has a steel oven deck.
