EMT-10S-10. The EMT-10S-10 has two kettles. The EMT-10S-10 uses an electrically heated steam boiler. The EMT-10S-10 has CSD-1 boiler controls. The kettle interior is 316 stainless steel for high acid content products. Each EMT-10S-10 kettle has a double-wall interior. The steam jacket of each EMT-10S-10 kettle extends around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. The cabinet base has a full perimeter angle frame, reinforced counter, hot and cold water faucet with control valves, 3” (76 mm) deep sinks with drain and splash guard, and boiler mountings. The cabinet base has hinged doors with magnetic catches and removable side panels; its stainless steel exterior is #4 finish. The EMT-10S-10 draws 115.5 A per line at 240 V, 3 phase, 48 kW. The EMT-10S-10 assembly is 33 in (838 mm) deep, as dimensioned front-to-back across the cabinet footprint. assembly is 42 in (1067 mm) wide, as dimensioned across the cabinet footprint.
