The ECTRS-16S is an electric counter tilting round skillet. The ECTRS-16S has a capacity of 16 Gallon [60 Liter]. The controls are integrally mounted and include a power switch, pilot light, thermostat, safety thermostat and high temperature cut-off. 240V, 3PH. The ECTRS-16S counter tilting skillet has a rated electrical input of 7.5 kW. The ECTRS-16S is constructed of one piece coved corner, 10 gauge stainless steel with a #4 exterior finish and a polished interior with etched gallon markings. The cooking surface is a 3/8” (9.5 mm) thick stainless steel plate, fitted with clamped-on electric heating elements for even heat transfer over the entire cooking surface. The pan has side pivots mounted in sealed stainless steel clad consoles mounted on a 10 gauge 304 stainless steel base with #4 finish. A tilt interlock shall prevent inadvertent tilting of the pan. The ECTRS-16S draws 18.1 A per line at 240 V, 3 phase.
