Electric Prepackaged Fryer Filter System. (4) 50lb Electric Bank Of Fryers With Thermostatic Controls And Tilt Up Elements. 208V, 1PH. All oil drain and return lines are internally plumbed for convenience and safety. The fryer/filter system includes a filter pan. The fryer/filter system's filtering equipment is located under the fryers. The electric fryer/filter system can have up to six fryers batteried into one system. A 5.5 GPM pump with a 1/3 HP motor speeds up the filtering process. The fryer/filter system requires 0 in clearance from non-combustible surfaces.
