Electric Half-Size Convection Oven. The LANG ECOH oven accommodates 13 × 18 in. half-sheet pans. The LANG ECOH oven has an optimum load of 5 pans in the 13 × 18 in. half-sheet format. The LANG ECOH oven has 9 rack positions for 13 × 18 in. half-sheet pans. The LANG Model ECOH convection oven is electric heated. The LANG ECOH oven has a rated electric input of 7.8 kW. The LANG ECOH -AP model uses analog knob-set controls. The Accu-Plus controls on the LANG ECOH -AP model have a 1-hour timer. The ECOH ovens have a two speed fan with fan pulse capability. The optional 480 V electrical connection on the LANG ECOH -AP oven is 3-phase. At optional 480 V three-phase, the Lang ECOH-AP electric half-size convection oven draws 9.3 A. The ECOH ovens have a stackable design for up to two units.
