Gas Steam Stationary Tri-Leg Kettle. Propane. gas input btu: 130000. The KSLG-40F kettle is supplied with a 2 in (50 mm) draw-off valve. The steam system of the KSLG-40F kettle is self-contained. The KSLG-40F kettle has a type 316 stainless steel interior kettle liner. The interior kettle liner is one-piece, all-welded construction with a #4 sanitary finish. The kettle exterior is type 304 stainless steel with a #4 sanitary finish. The standard features include a low water level cut-off and indicator, a pressure gauge, temperature control, a safety relief valve, integrally mounted controls, electronic ignition, a water sight glass, and a 100% safety gas shut-off control. The KSLG-40F kettle operates from 165°F (74°C) to 275°F (135°C).
