R30C-PTC Electric 30" Range - Convection Oven Base. (2) Hot Tops - 208V, 3PH. The 30-inch electric range with convection oven base, model R30C, has 3Ø phase at 208 V and 60 Hz. Programmable Display Controls. Each cook-top component has individual controls. The convection oven is supplied with five chrome-plated oven racks. The oven thermostat on Lang electric ranges has a setting range of 150–450°F. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. Lang Electric 30-inch ranges have a table-listed width of 30.2 in (766 mm). Lang Electric 30-inch ranges have a table-listed depth of 30.0 in (762 mm).
