CH1800. The CH1800 cabinet accommodates 18 18″×26″ trays. fuel type: electric. 208V, 1PH. The cook and hold cabinets can hold at temperatures from 100°F (38°C) to 200°F (93°C). The CH600, CH900 and CH1800 cook and hold cabinets have a cook-cycle temperature range of 100°F to 325°F. The controls include a master on/off switch with a “start/cancel” button for cook cycles, a touchpad to view actual temperature, and separate controls and displays for cook and hold temperature. An 18-hour digital timer counts down during the cook cycle and counts up automatically during the hold cycle. The cabinets have all-stainless-steel, double-wall, insulated construction. The CH600, CH900 and CH1800 cabinets have tray rack slides spaced on 3 in centers (76 mm). The CH1800 cabinet has an approximate meat capacity of 240 lb. The CH600, CH900 and CH1800 cook and hold cabinets bear the NSF mark.
