The FFSTKPKG28 is a stacked Crisp ’N Hold fried-food holding station, pairing a CNH28XD on top of a VCNH3W3S cabinet for high-volume French fry and other fried-food service. It runs on 120V, 1-phase electric power at 1800W/15.2A, with a compact floor footprint of 29"W x 30.63"D x 53.88"H; the top unit holds 2,196 cubic inches, reaches 190°F in about 10 minutes, and uses 1" continuous wrap insulation to help maintain holding quality. It’s indoor-only, requires no drain or water line, ships with a reinforced top and a 1/2-size long high-temp amber pan accessory, and includes a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
