Double-Stacked Electric Pizza Oven. 208-240V, 3PH, 16,000W. The double-unit EP-2-8-3836 and EP-2-8-5736 ovens each have two decks. Each Bakers Pride EP series oven chamber has one Cordierite deck. The heating elements in Bakers Pride EP series pizza ovens are independently controlled. Bakers Pride EP series ovens have a 300°F lowest stated pizza thermostat setting. 650°F highest stated pizza thermostat setting. The EP series is constructed with a heavy-duty angle iron frame, fully welded to allow stacking up to three ovens to increase production without sacrificing space. The oven exteriors are heavy-duty stainless steel and fully insulated for cooler outer temperatures and consistent interior temperatures.
