The 30-inch electric range with convection oven base, model R30C, has 3Ø phase at 480 V and 60 Hz. The convection oven has a heavy-duty right-hinged door with magnetic closure, an ON-OFF power switch, and a two-speed fan with fan-pulse capability and HIGH-LOW speed fan switch. The convection oven is supplied with five chrome-plated oven racks. Heavy duty 430 stainless steel exterior insulated on six sides.
