Bistro™ Restaurant Range. JBR-60G-2436_LP. 24" Space Saver Oven, 36" Standard Oven. The standard oven base is specified with … two conventional ovens. JBR-60G-2436 has a 60" griddle on its top. Griddles are to have polished 1" steel plate with 24,000 BTU burner every 12". gas type: propane. Propane gas operating pressure is at least 10 inches W.C. and at most 14 inches W.C. The JBR-60G-2436 range has a listed BTUS value of 180,000. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back. The standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F.
