The SSHBNB Solstice Supreme Bread & Batter Cabinet-Dump Station has a recessed pan measuring 4-5/8 in (11.75 cm). The station is to be used with the Energy Saving High Production of Solstice Supreme Fryer line and can be installed on either side of or between fryers. Its design matches existing or accompanying fryers. The cabinet has a polished stainless steel front, sides, door and splash back, and an aluminized steel back. The tank is stainless steel. The door hinge is heavy-duty 3/16 in (0.48 cm). The welded pan has an extra-smooth peened finish for easy cleaning. The pan area allows holding and draining of finished product. The drain screen lifts out for cleaning. The bottom shelf provides storage for breading, batter, food utensils, etc.; the bottom shelf is not provided when a filter pump or flush hose is located inside the dump station. The station is supplied with a removable drain screen and basket hanger.
