The Southbend Ultimate Series 4602DC-5R is a 60-inch freestanding gas range with a standard oven base and cabinet base, built for heavy commercial line work. It’s a high-output natural gas unit at 332,000 total BTU, with a 60.75" x 34" footprint, stainless steel front and sides, and a 45,000 BTU standard oven with 175°F–550°F thermostat range, one rack, and full-size pan capacity both ways. The cooktop combines non-clog burners, Pyromax rear burners, wavy cast-iron grates, standing pilots, battery spark oven ignition, and a front manual gas shut-off, making it suited to high-volume kitchen production where a full-size range with oven and under-range storage is needed.
