The Southbend P36 ComboTop base configuration option A is Convection Oven. The Southbend Platinum sectional range is 36 inches wide. The Southbend P36-BTT model has a thermostatic griddle control. The griddle component on the P36-BGG/BTT combination-top configuration is 24 inches wide. The griddle has “Insta-On” thermostatic control, a 1-inch-thick griddle plate with side and rear splashers, and a removable stainless steel grease drawer. The convection oven has a porcelain enamel interior, three racks with five-position side rails, and a two-speed, ½ hp blower motor. The Southbend Model 36A oven has a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F. gas input btu: 179000. gas type: natural gas. The Southbend P36A convection-oven base model is rated for a 208/240 V supply. The Southbend P36A convection-oven base model requires single-phase power when fitted with optional electronic ignition.
