The Southbend Platinum Series oven has 11 rack positions in each oven cavity. The rack positions in the Southbend Platinum Series oven are spaced on 1-5/8 in centers. Five wire oven racks are provided with each Southbend Platinum Series oven. For the PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units, the phase must be specified upon ordering. The PCE75S/S, PCE11S/S, PCE75S/T, and PCE11S/T electric units are available for three-phase operation.
