Category: Countertop Steam Kettles. KDCT-10. The Southbend KDCT-10 kettle has a capacity of 10 gallons (38 liters). kettle configuration: tilting configuration. The Southbend KDCT-6, KDCT-10, KDCT-12, and KDCT-20 kettles use direct-connected steam. The Southbend KDCT-6, KDCT-10, KDCT-12, and KDCT-20 kettles require direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI (34 kPa) and a maximum of 45 PSI (310 kPa). The Southbend KDCT-6, KDCT-10, KDCT-12, and KDCT-20 kettles have a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the kettle. Standard features include a reversible tilt handle and a steam control valve. The tubular stainless steel mounting legs have the tilt bearings, steam supply, and condensate return pipes completely concealed within the leg members; the right leg is fitted with a steam control valve. The Southbend KDCT-6, KDCT-10, KDCT-12, and KDCT-20 kettles shall be NSF Certified. The Southbend KDCT-10 kettle requires a minimum side installation clearance of 1 in (25 mm).
