Southbend Platinum Series PCHE75S/T-V is a half-size, single-deck electric convection oven in a freestanding floor footprint, sized 30" W x 29.65" D x 33" H. It runs on 208V, 1PH, 7.5 kW/36.1 amps and must be field wired on a dedicated circuit; the ventless design means no external ventilation is required, making it a fit for tight indoor kitchens, cafés, and small-line baking or finishing where a compact convection oven with touchscreen/manual, recipe, and rack modes is needed. It includes a stainless front/sides/top, porcelain interior, full 180° door with window, two-speed fan, forced cool-down, 11-position rack guides, and five plated racks; it ships with a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
