The equipment is a planetary floor mixer. The SPC80PL mixer has an 80 qt (75.7 liter) capacity. The bowl supplied as a standard accessory for the Globe 80 Quart Planetary Floor Mixer has an 80 qt. capacity. The mixer comes with an 80 qt. stainless steel bowl, aluminum flat beater, stainless steel wire whip, bowl truck, aluminum spiral dough hook and non-slip rubber feet. The mixer is constructed of a rigid cast iron body with front-mounted touch and 60-minute digital timer with last-batch recall. It has a 3 HP custom built motor with overload protection and gear-driven, high torque permanently lubricated transmission consisting of heat-treated hardened steel alloy gears and shafts. The mixer has four fixed speeds. The Globe SPC80PL mixer's control-panel timer is digital. The mixer controls provide last-batch recall. The mixer has an interlocked stainless steel bowl guard with fully welded ingredient chute, a #12 attachment hub and an interlocked bowl lift. The SPC80PL mixer is rated for 208 volts. The SPC80PL mixer is three-phase. The SPC80PL mixer is specified for 60 Hz operation.
