Southbend Ultimate Series 60-3/4" gas range (model 4601DC-2CL_LP) is a floor, indoor-only propane range built for commercial kitchens that need a high-output all-in-one cookline. It combines six 33,000 BTU non-clog cast iron open burners, a 24" charbroiler on the left, and a standard 45,000 BTU oven base with thermostat control from 175°F to 550°F; total input is 307,000 BTUs, so it fits high-volume line cooking and grilling. The unit has stainless steel front and sides, removable cast iron grates sized for a 14" stock pot in back, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven, a front manual gas shut-off, and a factory-installed regulator, with cabinet base storage and optional center-opening doors.
