Southbend Ultimate Series 60" freestanding commercial gas range, model 4603AC-4GL_LP, is a heavy-duty floor unit for high-volume kitchen work. It combines (2) 33,000 BTU star burners, a 48" manual griddle on the left, and convection oven base storage, for 178,000 total BTUs; the propane setup uses 115V, 3-phase, 5.9 amp power for the oven base ignition and motor. Stainless front/sides, cast iron grate tops, standing pilot burners, front manual gas shut-off, and optional center-opening cabinet doors make it a fit for busy sauté, griddle, and roasting lines where a 60" range is being compared against other full-size restaurant ranges.
