Southbend Ultimate Range 60" gas freestanding range with cabinet base and one convection oven base, set up for propane at 343,000 BTU total. It’s a high-output floor range for busy commercial kitchens, with a 60-3/4" x 44-1/2" footprint, stainless front/sides, removable cast iron grate tops, standing pilots on the open burners, battery spark ignition for the oven, and a front manual gas shut-off plus factory regulator. The cooking deck is configurable with either 2 star/sauté burners plus 2 standard rear burners, or 3 standard front burners plus 2 rear Pyromax burners; the convection oven gives 3 racks, 5-position rails, 175°F–550°F control, and a switchable standard-oven mode, while the cabinet base adds under-range storage.
