The P18C-P sectional plancha range is offered with a cabinet base. The P18C-P cabinet-base model has a stainless-steel cabinet base with a removable door that can hinge on the right or the left. The P18N-P and P18C-P sectional plancha ranges are 18 inches wide. The plancha griddle included with the P18N-P and P18C-P sectional plancha ranges is 11-3/4 inches wide. gas type: propane. The LP configuration of the sectional plancha range has a stated burner input of 15,500 BTU. The range has a 1-inch rear gas connection. Plancha units have a raised griddle plate for easy cleaning of the cooking surface between loads. A 3-inch-wide collection on the sides allows separation of waste for preparation of the next fare. The plancha griddle is a 1/2-inch-thick reinforced steel plate powered by cast-iron burners, providing fast preheat and recovery time. A high-heat zone with maximum temperatures of 800°F is located on the front 2/3 of the plate for quick sear, with decreased temperatures on the rear 1/3 of the plate for product finishing. The plancha units do not allow specific temperature operation. The range’s front, sides, rear, and exterior bottom are constructed of #3 polished 430 and 304 stainless steel.
