The Platinum PRO Series bakery electric convection oven is a double-deck oven. The Platinum PRO Series double-deck oven includes two oven decks. For the PCEB-PRO-DOUBLE ventless option, a hood is not required. The Platinum PRO Series oven uses electrical heating elements. The Platinum PRO Series oven is available with a 240 VAC supply. The Platinum PRO Series oven's electrical system is available in a single-phase configuration. The touchscreen control digital display shows time and temperature, and a fan-cycle timer pulses the fan. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a 150°F minimum temperature setting. The Platinum PRO Series touchscreen controls have a 550°F maximum temperature setting. The oven has stainless steel front, sides and top.
