The JBR-6-24G-2436 range has 6 open burners on its top. The Bistro restaurant range family has a heavy-duty classification. 24" Space Saver Oven, 36" Standard Oven. The JBR-6-24G-2436 range has a 24-inch griddle on its top. Each Bistro range open-top burner is rated at 30,000 BTU. The open burners have 12-inch by 12-inch lift-off steel grates. The griddle has a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate and one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches. Natural gas operating pressure is a minimum of 5 inches W.C. The standard oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F. Standard features include a stainless steel front, sides, tray bed and stub back; 14-gauge stainless steel all-welded construction; a stainless steel removable oven interior; one chrome-plated oven rack per oven; oven controls located in a cool zone; stainless steel gas tubing throughout; stainless steel pilot tips; (2) 3/4" gas regulators; and a stainless steel stub back.
