Southbend Ultimate Series 60" gas range, model 4603DC-2TR_NG, is a freestanding, floor-style commercial unit with a standard oven base and cabinet base, built for indoor high-volume line cooking. It has six 33,000 BTU natural gas star burners plus a 24" thermostatic griddle on the right, for a total of 291,000 BTU, with stainless steel construction, cast iron grate tops, standing pilots, battery spark ignition for the oven bases, and a front manual gas shut-off. The standard oven is a 45,000 BTU base with a 175°F–550°F thermostat and a full-size pan-capable cavity, so this fits kitchens that need a heavy-duty range with mixed sauté, griddle, and oven work rather than a lighter countertop or low-volume unit.
