The Southbend BELM-30 and BELM-40 electrically heated skillets have manual tilt. The BELM-30 tilt skillet has a 30-gallon capacity (114 liters). The BELM-30 tilt skillet has a rated electrical input of 12 kW. voltage: 240. amperage: 50. The pan is formed from 10 gauge 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish exterior and polished interior with coved corners for easy cleaning. The Southbend BELM-30 and BELM-40 skillets' tilt mechanism is a gear box mechanism. The pan has a sloped front and is front hinged for easy tilting pour control, and comes complete with a removable pour strainer. The thermostatic controls on the Southbend BELM-30 and BELM-40 skillets have a highest setting of 445°F (229°C). use thermostat controls with an OFF position. The cover specified for the Southbend BELM-30 and BELM-40 skillets is spring-assisted.
