Imperial Spec Series IHR-4-1HT-EW-M is a 36" wide electric heavy-duty countertop/modular range with four wafer burners and one hot top section, built for commercial indoor use. It runs on 240V, 3-phase power at 18 kW/48 amps and needs a dedicated circuit, with a 36" x 35.875" x 42" footprint; the modular base-less design is meant to sit on a compatible stand or counter setup. The sealed wafer plates, infinite heat controls, thermostat control, 650°F max wafer-plate temperature, and 3.25" stainless landing ledge make it suited to high-volume line cooking and holding a wide mix of menu items.
